The University operates through its Head office and the Department of Vedic Studies at Brahmsthan, Karaundi, district Katni (earlier Katni was part of Jabalpur district). MMYVV has three sprawling Vastu built, peaceful, pollution free, serene campuses at State capital Bhopal, business city Indore and Jabalpur, famous for its marble rocks, on the bank of Holy Narmada River. MMYVV is reopening this year Sagar, Raisen and Sihore campuses also.
Jabalpur campus is 150 acres newly constructed, situated on the Eastern bank of pious river Narmada. The campus has residential facilities for 400 students consisting of administrative and academic blocks, hostel blocks, dining halls, modern kitchens, 30,000 sq ft. auditorium, meditation halls, library, computer labs, faculty residence, indoor and out door sports facilities. Total constructed area of the campus is about 300,000 sq ft.
MMYVV campus at Bhopal, the city of lakes and one of the greatest King of India-Raja Bhoj is built in 50 acres, situated at Berasia Road, a state highway, only 15 minutes drive from Bhopal Airport and Railway station. The campus has facilities for more than 1000 students consisting of administrative and academic blocks, separate hostel blocks for boys and girls to accommodate up to 500 students, dining halls, modern kitchens, auditorium, meditation halls, library, computer labs, faculty residence, indoor and out door sports facilities. Bhopal campus has a unique facility to cater for students from Nursery to Ph.D. level. A full fledged CBSE school and a Management Institute are co-located in the same campus. Equestrian training facilities and state of the art audio-visual studio is another attraction of the campus. Total constructed area of the campus is about 400,000 sq ft.
Indore, city known to be financial capital of Madhya Pradesh and Educational Hub has its present MMYVV campus in 08 acres land situated at Rau, Cat Road, on the way to famous Military Cantonment-Mhow. Expansion of 10-acre campus is in process.

The University is reopening its Sagar, Raisen and Sihore campus this year. All three campuses are on highway within close reach to railway station of the cities. These three campuses are only day campuses.
